Yoga for Teens and Tweens

With specialist training in teaching yoga to tweens, teens and young people I teach teen yoga in Surrey, privately and in schools.

How it works

I can teach in your school in whatever capacity suits your requirements - as an alternative PE lesson, a PSHE lesson, part of a wellness week or as a before or after school club.

Classes can be a length to suit, starting from a 15 minute taster session to a full 45 minutes to 1 hour sessions or before/after school, or during lunch time.

My qualifications

  • 200HR Yoga Teacher Training and am registered and insured with Yoga Alliance Professionals.

  • 60 HR TeenYoga in teaching Yoga & Mindfulness to Teens

  • Enhanced DBS Check

  • Registered with TeenYoga and Yoga In Schools

Costs

Prices vary depending on requirements and location but start from as little as £35 per session or £6 per student for a club, as part of a block of classes. Mats can be provided if required.
